Ball bearings are the most popular rolling bearings. Due to the structure with balls as rolling elements arise different applications. Radial ball bearings are particularly suitable for radial loads. Axial ball bearings, also called longitudinal bearings, are designed to withstand forces working in the direction of the shaft.
Roller bearings have rollers as rolling elements. Due to the larger contact surface of the rollers, compared to balls, they can withstand higher loads than ball bearings of the same size. Radial roller bearings are particularly suitable for radial loads. Axial roller bearings, also called longitudinal bearings, are designed to withstand forces working in the direction of the shaft.

Product types

Ballscrews
We use precise procedure to create groove profiles, either by grinding or rolling. Accurate heat treatment is used to ensure the hardness of ballscrews. These result in maximum load capacity.

Linear Guideways

Shafts & Bushings

Main dimensions according to DIN 625-1/DIN 625-3. “All-round bearings” for high radial and low axial loads. Also withstands high speeds. Caged or full complement ball set.

Miniature Deep Groove Bearings
Main dimensions according to DIN 625-1. Special deep groove ball bearings in small dimensions. Usable in case of high radial and low axial loads. Suitable for extremely high speeds. Quiet.

Self-Aligning Ball Bearings
Main dimensions according to DIN 630. Usable in case of high radial and low axial loads. Excellent compensation of misalignment.

Angular Ball Bearings
Main dimensions according to DIN 628-1. Usable in case of high loads in the radial direction and high loads in the single or double axial direction. Suitable for high speeds.

Single Thrust Ball Bearings
Main dimensions according to DIN 615. For low radial loads and axial loads in one direction. Single thrust ball bearings are manufactured with inner diameters up to 30 mm.

Axial Deep Groove Ball Bearings
Main dimensions according to DIN 711. Usable in case of high axial loads. Available in the single or double direction. Separable.

Combined axial/radial bearings
Consist of a radial needle roller bearing and an angular contact ball bearing as the axial component. They have the capacity of supporting high radial loads as well as low axial loads.

Tapered Roller Bearings
Main dimensions according to DIN 720 as well as in Zoll/inch. Usable in case of high radial and axial loads in one direction. Axial loads in both directions are also possible in case of the installation in pairs. Separable.

Spherical Roller Bearings
Main dimensions according to DIN 635-2. Support extremely high radial and moderate axial forces in both directions. Excellent compensation of misalignment.

Cylindrical Roller Bearings
Main dimensions according to DIN 5412-1. Suitable for high radial load-ratings and high speeds. Simplified mounting and dismounting by dismantling. Excellent non-locating bearing properties in case of axial displacements. Also usable as locating bearing with ribs on both rings.

Axial Cylindrical Roller Bearings
Main dimensions according to DIN 635-2. Support extremely high radial and moderate axial forces in both directions. Excellent compensation of misalignment.

Needle Roller Bearings
Main dimensions according to DIN 617, DIN 617-1, DIN 618-1 and DIN 5405-1. Extremely space-saving mounting possible. Needle roller bearings, drawn cup needle roller bearings or drawn cup needle roller bearings with closed end are suitable for high loads in the radial direction. Radial needle roller bearings are usable as non-locating bearings.
